Add your company stamp

If your company uses a stamp, Bilify can put it on your invoices and contracts. You upload a photo or scan once, Bilify cleans it up, and you decide where it appears.

Upload and clean up your stamp#

1. Go to Settings > General and find the stamp section.
2. Choose a photo or scan of your stamp. A photo on a plain light background works best.
3. Use the background removal slider until the paper disappears and only the ink is left.
4. Pick the ink colour and, if the stamp was photographed at an angle, rotate it.
5. Check the preview on paper, then save.

You can upload a new stamp at any time. The old one is kept for documents that already used it.

Show it on invoices#

Open Documents > Document design, turn on Stamp, and choose its position and size. The stamp is added to every document you issue from then on.

Add it to contracts#

Open the contract and turn on the company stamp. Then choose how it is placed:

• Written contracts: click Insert field in the editor and pick Company stamp to put the stamp exactly where you want it in the text. If you do not insert it, the stamp appears next to your company signature.
• Uploaded PDFs: drag the stamp onto the pages of your PDF, and resize or rotate it as needed. If you do not place it, it appears next to your company signature at the end.

You can also pick the stamp size on the contract.

Clients can add their own stamp#

On the signing page, the client sees a Company stamp (optional) step under the signature. They can upload and clean up their own stamp the same way, or skip it. A client stamp is shown with that signer's signature, and its fingerprint is listed in the audit details of the signed PDF.
