Bilify packages compared

Bilify comes in four packages: Starter, Business, Pro and Enterprise. They differ in limits (how many members, invoices and clients) and in which features are switched on. This page compares them so you can pick the right one. Current prices, monthly and yearly, are on the Pricing page.

The four packages in short#

• Starter: for freelancers and very small businesses sending their first invoices. One user, up to 20 issued documents a month, client portal, activity log and e-Faktura.
• Business: for growing companies that invoice regularly and track expenses. Up to 5 members and 200 documents a month, plus stock, recurring expenses, scheduled reports, multiple currencies, online card payments, contracts with e-signature, shifts and sending email through your own provider.
• Pro: for established businesses that want the full platform under their own brand. No limits on members, documents or clients, plus a portal on your own domain without Bilify branding, the REST API and webhooks, the AI assistant connector (MCP), a sandbox, urgent support tickets and a bespoke document design.
• Enterprise: the same features and limits as Pro, with custom terms agreed with us. It has no listed price; contact us through the pricing page.

Features in every package#

Every package includes invoices and the other Macedonian document types, numbering series, clients, products and services (without stock tracking on Starter), one-off expenses, reports you run yourself, recurring invoices, payment recording, the client portal, the activity log, several workspaces and support tickets.

Frequently asked questions#

Is there a free trial?#

Yes. Your first company gets a 7-day free trial on the package you choose. Companies you add later, and a company that subscribes again after cancelling, do not get another trial.

What counts toward "Invoices / month"?#

Every document you issue in the calendar month counts, whatever its type: invoices, advance invoices, pro-formas and offers. Drafts do not count until you issue them. The count starts again on the first day of each month.

What happens when I reach a limit?#

Bilify stops the action that would go over the limit and shows a message with the way to upgrade. For example, on Starter the 21st document of the month cannot be issued until the next month or until you move to a bigger package. Nothing you already have is deleted.

Can I change package later?#

Yes. You can change package from the billing settings inside the app. See Change your plan.

Can I pay monthly or yearly?#

Both are offered for Starter, Business and Pro. The prices for each period are on the pricing page.

Are there extra fees on online card payments?#

When a client pays an invoice by card through Stripe Connect, Stripe charges its own processing fees, and Bilify adds a small platform fee that depends on your package. Online payments are not available on Starter.

How is Enterprise different from Pro?#

The features and limits are the same. Enterprise is for organizations that need custom terms, dedicated support or a bespoke setup, agreed with us directly.

Which package do I need for e-Faktura?#

Any of them. e-Faktura is in every package for Macedonian companies.
