Account and sign-in
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The first company you create starts with a free trial on the plan you choose, and you pay nothing until it ends. The end date is shown under Current plan in Settings > Billing. Companies you add later do not get a trial. See Create your account.
Can I use Bilify in Macedonian and in English?
Yes. Click EN or MK in the top bar (in the menu on a phone) to switch the language of the app. Macedonian is the default.
Is there a dark mode?
Yes. Use the theme button next to the language switch in the top bar.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login page click Forgot password?, enter your email and click Send reset link. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
Does Bilify support two-factor authentication?
Bilify supports passkeys: sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of a password. One-time codes from an authenticator app are not available. See Your account and security.
Can I change the email address I sign in with?
Yes, under Account > General. You have to confirm the new address through the link Bilify sends before you can continue working.
Companies and team
Can I manage more than one company with one login?
Yes. Add companies from the company card under the logo and switch between them there. Each company has its own data, members and plan. See Run several companies.
How many people can use our company account?
As many as your package allows team members, you included. Starter allows one; bigger packages allow more. See Usage limits.
Do staff on the shift calendar need a login?
No. Employees who only work shifts are added under Staff > Employees, do not sign in and do not count as team members. See Employees.
Can I give my accountant access?
Yes. Invite them with the Accountant role. They see documents, clients, expenses, reports and e-Faktura but not your company settings. An accountant can belong to several client companies with one login. See Roles and permissions.
What happens to someone's work when I remove them?
Everything they created stays: documents, clients, expenses and their entries in the activity log. They simply lose access to the company. See Manage members.
Can I change my company's country?
No. The country is set when the company is created and decides its tax rates, document types and fields. If it is wrong, open a support ticket.
Can I delete my company or my account?
Not from the app. Open a support ticket and tell us what you would like removed.
Plans and billing
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. The Owner changes it under Settings > Billing, and new limits and features apply straight away. See Change or cancel your plan.
How do I cancel?
If your company pays by card, click Manage billing in Settings > Billing and cancel in the billing portal. Otherwise, open a support ticket.
What happens to my data if the subscription ends?
It is kept. The company is locked behind Choose a plan until the Owner picks a plan again, and then everything is where you left it.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Bilify stops the action that would go over the limit and explains why. Nothing is deleted. Free a place, wait for the next month for monthly limits, or upgrade. See Usage limits.
Where do I find the invoices for my subscription?
If you pay by card, in the billing portal behind Manage billing. Otherwise, ask through a support ticket. See Invoices and payments for your subscription.
Support
How do I contact Bilify?
Inside the app, open Support > New ticket. The team replies in the ticket, and you get a notification. Without an account, use the contact page on the Bilify website. See Open a support ticket.
How quickly will support answer?
We do not promise fixed response times. Choosing the right priority and describing the problem clearly helps us answer faster.
Can the Bilify team see my company's data?
Bilify's administrators have access to company accounts to run the service and provide support. For example, to reproduce a problem you reported, they can open your company signed in as the person who opened the ticket; the start and end of such a session are recorded in your company's activity log. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy linked at the bottom of the website.
