The Overview dashboard

What every card on the Overview page means, how the date range changes the numbers and where each card takes you.

Overview is the first page you see after signing in. It shows where your business stands for a period you choose: money owed to you, money received, expenses, recent documents and recent activity.

Every member whose role includes the dashboard (all four standard roles do) lands here. A member whose access was customised without the dashboard is taken to the first page they can open instead.

Choose the period

The date range button next to the Good to see you heading controls every time-based card on the page. Choose Today, This week, This month or Custom range (pick a start and end date and apply). The page opens on This month.

The cards, top to bottom

Trial notice. While your company is on a free trial, a banner says how many days are left. Manage billing opens Settings > Billing.

Get your workspace ready. A first-run checklist: add a client, set up numbering, connect a document type to a numbering series, issue your first invoice and connect the client portal. Steps tick themselves off when they are really done. The card disappears once every step is done; the close button hides it in that browser only.

Stat cards.

Card What it counts
Outstanding Unpaid amounts on issued documents, as of the end of the selected period
Overdue The part of that amount whose due date has passed
Paid Payments recorded during the period
Expenses Expenses dated in the period

Paid and Expenses also show a small arrow comparing the period with the one before it (for example "vs previous month"). Amounts in other currencies are converted to your default currency.

Country module cards. For Macedonian companies, the e-Faktura needs attention card counts failed submissions, invoices rejected by buyers and issued invoices not yet sent. See e-Faktura troubleshooting.

Revenue. A bar chart of payments received, grouped by hour, day or month depending on the length of the period.

Plan usage. Bars for Invoices issued, Team members, Clients, Document types, Numbering series, Report schedules and Employees against your package limits. Upgrade plan opens Billing. For the exact plan name and renewal date, check Settings > Billing.

Invoices issued follows the date range

The Invoices issued bar counts documents issued in the period you selected, but compares them with your monthly allowance. With Today or This week selected it shows less than you have used this month. The monthly limit itself is always counted per calendar month; see Usage limits.

Requires: Shifts & attendance

Shift calendar. If your package includes shifts and your role can view them, this week's shift calendar is embedded here, with Open calendar for the full page. See The shift calendar.

Requires: Contracts & e-signature

Awaiting your signature. Contracts where it is your turn to sign, most urgent first, each with a Sign now button.

Recent documents. Up to eight documents from the period, highest number first. Search by number or client name, filter by status or type, and click a column heading to sort differently. Drafts without a date count by the day they were created. Reset clears the filters. On a phone, use Filters & sorting. The row menu offers the usual document actions.

Recent activity. The latest six things that happened in the company during the period: who did what, and when.

Quick actions. Shortcuts to New document, Add expense and Add client. The same shortcuts sit behind the round + button in the app.
